We don't know if there's a minimum material thickness for iron to turn into Cuendillar, or how much weight it adds... but it's theoretically possible to transform paper thin iron armor into Cuendillar. It's crap for sharp weapons. Maybe that was what her frying pan was made out of...

I don't remember what the white bridge of Whitebridge is supposed to be made of, but it was described as "if lace could be made of glass" or something like that. Looked super fragile, but was strong enough to resist the Breaking (presumably?)
