Not everyone likes garlic in it but I do. I also use red onions. Make sure the avocados are ripe.

Happy 2022 everyone!

 

Am I the only one who had a good 2021? With the exception of December and being sick all month. Even then, the holidays rocked! Last night was less than stellar. My neighbors were shooting off fireworks all evening. One of them hit my car coming down. Luckily, there was no damage. 

I had a good year!  I started teaching Kindergarten after not teaching for over 10 years.  So happy!

Happy New Years everyone! Congratulations to all of us making it through and for new/old jobs (human trash can) and for a good 2022!

Yikes! I hate that. Sorry about the car, glad you weren’t hurt! 

I’m glad there are people who had a good 2021. 
 

I try to cultivate feelings of gratitude for all of the people, animals, and things that I have.
