I was looking for a picture of angry women for the former keepers and when I saw those women, it just screamed Hall of the Tower to me. It was late, what can I say.

 

And silly Kat! Everyone knows there is no such thing as an "Event" card in Magic, so your Ban Stick is DQed!!! (It would make more sense as an artifact, with T: before the card ability.)
