This is right. I couldn't find anywhere that Heavy even had a noose around his neck. 

 

Moridin, I think you are overly eager for blood. Normally, I approve of that, but you're scaring off the activity.

 

The Dark One takes one of the Moridin's nooses and wraps it around her neck and pulls it tight. She laughs as she watches Cross die.

I did not edit anything (that I remember) . I think if you look at the executioners post it was edited after mine.
