I don't get it - I changed the name of the old file and gave the new one the filename he currently links to. I even tried deleting his avatar. Maybe the board needs to update itself or something?

He's not that computer-literate. His avatar was still hosted in my Photobucket account, and that's where it links to.

Yes, but if you don't have access to his account on here, it is a possibility.

Onks, I deleted the file he's been using. If the new one is "linked wrong", then it would show nothing.

Yeah, I figured it had to be the board. In the past I've changed avatars to a completely new file name and still it took time before I could see the change.

Go figure, silly board caching the files... that doesn't make sense.

Very little about SMF makes sense.

So why don't we switch to a different type of board.

They've been working on that for like a year and a half.
