Settle this argument

Well, they are both odd and eccentric . . . but Albus Dumbledore has magic.  Magic wins out over sugar overload every time!

Besides, does Willy Wonka have chocolate frogs?  Or wizard crackers?  Or cockroach clusters?  Or fizzing whizbees?

I rest my case!  :D

I'm gonna go against majority here: Willy Wonka. Much cooler character and surroundings (come on: a chocolate factory versus a school, and you all choose the school  ::)). Magic is not everything (or the Weasleys wouldn't be poor)

Since Dumbledore would be able to pull all the booze needed, as well as a decent device for playing music, I'd say he wins hands down.

I mean, Willy Wonka, what kind of party would it be with candy and a bunch of singing oompa loompas?

Wonka hands down for no other reason than the acid trip you'd get from his laced beer!

Poor Charis...  I would NEVER pick on her like that...

I really don't know after having seen most of the arguments.  I tend to lean toward Dumbledore even though he's dead...
