what do you think about tweaking it so the change is done by syllables? ie spoke could turn into choke. Two letters, but only one sound is changed.

that would defeat the purpose of the game, I think...

Now i'm confused..big surprise huh?  I thought we could change one letter?  but you can change one and add one too?  or subtract one?

You can add a letter OR subtract one OR change one.  Horn suggested changing a syllable later on in the post and Lor seemed to disagree and I think Kyn did it once... lol.  Other than that, I don't think we're doing the syllable thing.
