Was it Moridin in Shadar Logoth?

Robert, about differentiating between feeling someone holding the Power and channeling. Egwene, in Caemlyn or Cairhiern, feels those Sisters channeling, but she can't tell what they are doing, because she could not see the weaves. Would she have felt them if they had only embraced the Power without doing anything? If she was far enough, that is, and out of sight. I can't remember, but I would think that she was drawn to that house because she felt them channeling. Just throwing this out there, I don't even know whether the circumstances apply. It seems to me that there should be a difference; when you channel you're being active with the Power, as opposed to holding it, which I would describe as passive.
