I really think it is Executive Decision as well.  Wasn't Tuvak paralized and walking that guy through the defusing with a lollipop.

I knew that I knew this one, but I couldn't think of the title so I looked it up.  An oldie but a classic goody.

Still no clue on the movie, though the guy looks like something out of a Jekyll and Hyde sort of horror movie.

Never seen it. Had to look it up.

 

I had no idea "Tasha" has been guest appearing on things the last several years, and that she participated in a little non-commercial re-envisioning of Star Trek TOS that some people have been mucking about with since 2004.

rofl, I've never even seen that movie, and I only know about it for being a horrible cheesey 80's horror movie. :P
