I'm not Mexican, but am hispanic (6 foot, light brown hair, hazel eyes) the smiley does help. The question is not whether comment was funny only what I belive its intent was.

I have always thought of Aiel as Native American heritage effected by the breaking in an almost 'Dunish' manner of the desert. Native Americans were able to run exceptionally fast pre-horse era.  BTW that wasn't a racist comment. But here is a smiley for anyone who gives a damn    8)
