books 7 onward

People who have read the books when they first came out' date=' find that the later ones tend to "draw out" while people who have just picked up the books, don't notice it as much as the oldies. Simply because they didnt have to wait 1-2 years for a book to come out...

I never thought about it that way. That makes a lot of sense, because I never really had a problem with any of the books, except book 10, which is the first book that came out after I began reading the series. Obviously I still liked KoD because it actually advanced the plot.
