Pig Latin is a silly adjustment to English where you move the last letter to the front of the word.  And the quote is actually from the Disney cartoon Hercules, when the Hydra begins sprouting new heads....lol.  :P

Actually the phrase "pig latin" really was coined back in around 1860 or so. But it is thought to be used before or during the times of Shakespeare and such.  Hehehe thought I would just toss that out their... *grins*
