I escaped from a 3 star. Twice I did.

 

I got it up to a 4 star pretty easy. I try really hard to get it to a 5 star but that is too hard. I know an easy way to get ammo and am trying to have a litter (little) war with the cops to get it to a 5 star.

 

An easy way to get Shotgun ammo is to just steal cop cars. Run away from the 1 star and steal another cop car.  ;)

Speaking of 3 stars and lazy helicopters, I was escaping from the police, after doing a mission that involved eradicating 'gang members', needless to say, when I escaped, I took the interstate/overpass, whatever its called, the one that goes to the 2nd island (to the west).

Well, not a smart idea, when the bridge is closed down, and you have 50 cops trailing you.

 

It looked like something like Blues Brothers, with all the cop cars piling up! :P
