Undoing Balefire

Logic sustains it too though--the Dark One forced winter to last, and then we get an unending summer. Against that we have characters manipulating the weather all over the place--none resulted in unending single seasons.

So, we have the Dark One both known to be able to do that, and to want to do that, and to have been cited to have done that by his leuitenant, and we have Rand... who made it rain, once. No implications byond that. Between the two, one is a clear winner. It ain't Rand.
