How old is that horse anywho? She was old when the series started, and it's been like what, 5 years? We  some horse that where in their 20's and thats ancient. Bela has got to kick the bucket soon.

She wasn't even introduced yet. Jordan said it was one of the characters already introduced, which rules out my Moridin theory.

I don't recall him saying that.. he just said we should be able to figure it out by now.

What he actually said was that we had all the information AT THE TIME of the murder to figure who done it. Which means up to TFoH. Anything after that is irrelevant. And since Cyndane wasn't introduced until after TFoH that rules her out. :)
