I can't think of one, but one may have slipped through the cracks.

The first two Spider-Man and X-Men movies were pretty good.

I'm willing to go with X-Men 1, but not the others.  They weren't quite up to par.

Crossroads of Twilight isn't substantial enough to make a movie out of - starting with Lord of Chaos, the books have ceased to be individual novels making a greater overall story, they're just installments with an abrupt climax tacked on.
