well, actually, Carina wasn't the main character I had in mind to play. I had a certain little ol' Mystica in mind to come in later on. *angelface* But as she would be a kind of special case, I needed a novice-Aes Sedai character first. Hence Carina ;) Though, true, there's quite a bit of me in her as well. I can't really do characters all that well if I can't relate to them. *shrugs* It's one of my many flaws as a writer.
