My maiden name was a bit hard. Heck, I don't care if people know. It's Mesenbrink, but pronounced Masenbrink. So you always know when it's a salesperson on the phone... lol. Same with my first name... Jeanne. It's Jean, but people tend to think it's Jeannie or Jeanine in pronounciation because of the French schpelling.

Kill the French...

You know, I never thought Tiffany was that hard to pronounce, but I did have a substitute in high school skip it and call me by my last name while she was calling roll. *laughs* that was pretty darned funny!

*laughs* Ya mine is Jeanette. It's very french, one of my grandmas maiden name was Marlett, also a french name. My daughters name is Jacquelyn Yvonne Marie. Everyone of them is french. *G*

Anne is Old English.

Glover is Irish, though it started off as Danish (Glauer). Gotta love those Scotts-Irish that made it a V. ;)

Well my middle name is Marie also so that is French. I have no idea what Jenny is. Hmmm!

Jenny is a form of Jennifer which is English as I recall.

Yeah, Jeanne is French though I have no French in me, that I know of (and I didn't mean that in a perverted way for real this time... :P). And my middle name is Marie too. Jeanne was my dad's favorite name and after six other kids, he finally got to name me... lol.

 

The maiden name is German. I lucked out and got an easy name when I married... lol.
