Ok, I'm going to jump into this thread for 2 reasons.

 

First, as a message to the thread creator, Oz, you were asking for newer people to submit pics. I hate having my picture taken, and I pose like an idiot when I do. So, as I get called Steve the Pirate (yes, from Dodgeball) at work, a co-worker took this of me, posing like an idiot.
