I was making reference to eclipse being the suffix for both lunar and solar

Not so much a suffix, because that would make it one word, but yeah.

 

Loki made the play on words from Lunar to Lunie to Loonie, so in essence he was referring to the same thing.  You can take it the reverse and go from Solar to Sunny to Sonny...
