I've only seen Fringe and it wasn't terrible so I'll go with that :)

I've only seen The Office so it gets my vote.

This was a tough one for me.  But when I compare episodes one stands out.

 

Naked Man, Slap Bets, Whats the Difference between Peanut Butter and Jam?, The Bro Code, Not a Father's Day, Wooo Girls, Canadian jokes (they are afraid of the dark you know), Robin Sparkles and Barney

 

vs.

 

That's what she said, Practical Jokes on Dwight, Pam and Jim, Hating on Toby, and well... mainly Dwight.

 

HIMYM wins in my book.

I love both, but it's HIMYM for me.

Did you notice some very important words there 'guessing you prehaps' and now I know you haven't seen supernatural then it makes it negligable

I never really liked the office, but I like Alyson Hannigan alot and hte little I've seen of it is good, so HIMYM it is!
