Lol, most time they do or else overtake you and floor it. Gotta be careful though, I had one once who got so mad at me for stopping for someone who walked out into the road, he tried to run me off it!

He was a prat! You shoulda seen the glare he gave me when I gave him the one-finger salute and stepped on the brakes so he passed me whether he wanted to or not. ;D
