This world is full of fail and the idiots who create them. I don't know that Talya fits among those really.

Fail means precisely that.  When someone tries to do something, but fails to.  Fore instance:

Like, if I tried really hard to make everyone laugh (which I never actually do, by the way) and no one thought it was funny, they would say "Fail", or post a failpic like the one above.

 

It just means that you failed at your goal, and everyone knows it. :P

 

But like I said, no fail in BT.  NONE!

So, anyone who fails will be booted out or punished? (FINALLY on the bus! ;D)
