Oh yeah, Ick, you were like, what, 1/5 when that movie came out?

Still, pretty funny how you were unintentionally somewhat close.

Okay, I've never even seen Titanic, but I HAVE heard of Celine Dion because we got my mom a Celine Dion cd for her birthday once (I dropped it on the floor on accident and it got scratched :() and because I like one or two of her songs. :D

Titanic was a bigger deal because it made Leonardo DiCaprio an actual star, although it took probably until The Departed for the average audience to take him seriously.

My cousin had a huge crush on him for a long time....

She kept telling me all about Titanic and how CUTE Leo was....

*sighs*  I was pretty young, I didn't really care. :D

Yeah, see, that's why it took so long for him to start building up some cred- people saw him as a guy who nabbed these roles because he was pretty and therefore popular, and as such probably not much of an actor. And I think he realized that, which is why he dove into doing the kind of films he did. Orlando Bloom should think about making the same move before his looks run out.

Also Orlando Bloom should consider investing in some more acting lessons.

Bah, I used to think he was hot, but really, his face is too skinny.  He's not that good-looking after all.

(I agree, he's never been the best actor in any movie I've seen him in, though admittedly I've only seen him in LotR and Pirates)

He was also in Troy, which I saw parts of and it mostly sucked, and Kingdom of Heaven, which I haven't seen nor been interested in seeing. Mostly the same role over and over, the same performance over and over. Troy had its good points, but he wasn't one of them. Still, I was slightly relieved that they did in fact portray Paris as the pussy he was, despite the number of other things they screwed up or left out.

Yeah, I forgot he was in Troy... I only saw the first 15 minutes of it though.

Who IS your favorite actor? (likely someone I've never heard of...)

I don't have a favorite actor, honestly. I don't really have a favorite *anything*.

Nah, I had a chance to go clubbing tonight.  I figured I'd leave it to the younger kids

Zlata can do it, so can you. You might need to dislocate all your limbs to do it, though.

Yes, that's right, it's the new, the improved, Meesh-in-a-box!

I don't like myself better this way, why should you?
