I have been lurking around, and posting a bit, but it is probably time to introduce myself!

My name is Nate, but of course you can call me Scruff. I'm 23, and I live alone. Since I live alone I spend way too much time playing video games, and wandering around the internet to fill my time.

I have read WoT at least twice a year for the last several years now, but until recently haven't been reading much else.

I'm a movie fanatic, and love trying new alcohol (don't ask why I decided to group those 2 things together).

My friends consider me a bit off, but I prefer to consider myself cheeky and entertaining!

I'm pretty sure I have just talked about myself more than I have in the last year combined, and it's starting to make me uncomfortable so....

Wow, that's a lot of WoT reading!  Which isn't a bad thing, but man, how time-consuming! :D  I don't think I could manage that myself...

 

Movies and alcohol, sounds nice. ;)

 

Most of the time when I say read WoT I mean listen to...I don't like listening to most video game music, and when I'm on the internet alone in my apt it gets creepy quiet, so I listen to a lot of audiobooks to kill the silence...

Ah, the audiobooks.  Michael and Kate do a fantastic job, don't they?

They really do a great job. I was worried the first time I listened to the audiobooks becase I have heard some really bad ones. I was not dissapointed though!

Like pencils.  Pencils are one of mans greatest creations.  Think where we would be now without them.  Still dipping feathers into ink jars.  And that wouldn't be very cool.

This lack of penmanship in the US today is a real tragedy!

Pencils are not to blame!  People with poor penmanship are.

Yes, but if we used quills still then the lack of penmanship would be unnaceptable. It's even harder to read poor penmanship from a quill than from a pencil!

So, you're saying we should burn all non-believers?

I had to read too much poor penmanship in high school, I hated it when the teachers' made us grade our classmates class work.

I find that system flawed.

 

She probably made you do that because she hated reading the penmanship. :D

I always wondered why the teacher was getting paid while the class did half the job...

My latin teacher made one take all his exams on the computer so she could read his answers later.

Yeah, the school system is flawed even worse than the duck weighing.

Hey the duck weighing is not flawed! The duck weighing tells you they float and therefore are witches!
