Jets' coach Rex Ryan said that Sanchez (knee) "absolutely" will play Thursday against the Bills in Toronto, NBC Sports reports.

 

Recommendation: Sanchez was listed as a full participant in Tuesday's practice, so he should be available to start against a Bills' defense he threw five interceptions against earlier this season.
