Not counting the just-released TGS, the only book WoT book in the last decade really deserving of consideration is KoD. And KoD requires reading the previous ten, Twilight doesn't require reading anything prior, as it's the first in the series. Unfortunate, but understandable. If this was the 1990s, though...
