There are usually 3/4 rl days to 1 mafia day.  Being drunk one day doesn't excuse the fact that you didn't make a peep at all the entire rest of the time.  Sorry if you don't like that but you had plenty of time to make a post.

I agree with this, but I don't think we should lynch Pandy and let him win if he's a Jester.  We know what happened with you in the PB game, so we'll keep that in the back of our minds, but we should let him live for now.

 

And to the person who asked what the normal ratio is, usually it is 1/3 scum.  That doesn't always mean 1/3 mafia, as there could be solo win and cult thrown in there as well.  But that is a general guideline, and any game could be different, so take that with a bucket of salt.

Excuse me?  There are a TON of examples, on this site and others, of games with 1/3 scum.  Notice how I said "scum" and not "mafia" before you start in on me.  A lot of people attribute "scum" to mafia members, cult members, or solo winners.

 

Each mod is different, and sets their ratios up accordingly.  But I see 1/3 more often nowadays than 1/4.  A few years ago I would have agreed with you, but not anymore.

On a basic game that is the correct ratio otherwise the innocents have no chance of winning. If there are more than it needs to be balanced out, i have seen too many games on here where it isn't like that and the townies might as well give up straight away. There needs to be balance, so I always looked at 1/4. And I would like to see where scum means something other than mafia, as no one uses it for anything other than that. Cult are cult and solo winners are just that!

Thank you!  I didn't expect all of the games to be going on at the same time and I know that I'm slacking on some of them without meaning to.

i use excel as well, its been a life saver from a mod point of veiw :)

 

also with me being in so many mafia's i can't rave about it being helpful enough :)

I don't make spreadsheets for my mafia games but I'm starting to think I should take some kind of notes, especially if I'm going to be playing 8 games at once.
