Weird...I think I need to take my computer to a shop...

 

It told me I needed an updated version of Adobe...but when I downloaded it....it didn't work.

It's most likely something to do with your firewall or network router, which is beyond my ability to troubleshoot over a forum. I could probably do something if I was there, but I'm no guru.
