I don't see why it wouldn't... a lot of channelers on here artifically enhance their body using weaves, I've seen some very creative uses doing this.

*shrugs* When I get bored at work and no one is online here, I read some old threads, a lot of it does from weaving Fire/Spirit/Earth into their clothes, thus making their "bodies" more immune to various attacks.
