Same here. Apnea/insomnea. I haven't remembered any dreams in years. REM is very difficult to achieve for me.

Well I certainly can't complain about my sleep....I get into REM pretty fast. How much longer until you can get to the doctor about it Millon?  :-\

I think I have insomnia too...cant remember any dreams...

Have an appointment May 25th. Goin to talk about my apnea and getting some patches so I can quit smokin. Somethin's gotta change man. Swear i am starting to lose my cool ya'know. Sleeplessness sucks.
