I bet Panthera is not dead. He appears in the promo images, so that's an indicator of him being a major character...

 

Anyway, I watched it this evening. Animation quality is a bit dodgy from time to time (the lip syncing... cringes) but about average I suppose. I haven't watched much modern cartoons aside from TLA and My Little Pony.

    this site has them, though it's free, alot of their videos have a72 minute limit that has to reboot before you can finish watching
