I really like the guitar riff in My Friend of Misery.

Master of Puppets is probably my all time favorite of theirs though.... close between that and Nothing Else matters.

Master of Puppets has too much of their old thrash-metal style for me to enjoy it.

That's what I love about them the most.. I hated St. Anger, and Some Kind of Monster... the newest one wasn't to bad... though it was a little political.

ReLoad proved they had gone to crap long before St. Anger came along. I heard the first tracks for St. Anger on the radio and it sounded like Lars was banging on milk cans.

Plus, due to their bad mixing that was pretty much all I could hear, even over James' vocals.

He's the only one that I like in the band any more... well and the bass guy...

Jason was the one they brought in to replace the guy that died - the guy with the curly black hair is Kirk Hammett, the lead guitar, who replaced Dave Mustaine (who went on to play in Megadeth).

No, he's the lead guitarist. Every last great solo ever to come out of that band was Kirk. Rob Trujillo is their current bassist, after Jason Newsted left the band in 2001. I forget what band Trujillo was in before that.

He was with metallica for a stint early on wasn't he? Trujillo i mean.

Not to my knowledge. As far as I know, their original lineup was Hetfield, Ulrich, Mustaine, and the guy that died.
