The Picnic Game!!

Featured Replies

That's right!  A new game for our mutual enjoyment....and points available for motivation. ;)

This game really has nothing to do with picnics and more to do with words.  Basically, a person starts out with a rule. (the rule can range anywhere from having an "m" in it to being spherical in shape)  But they don't tell anyone else the rule and instead give a word that fits within their rule, and everyone else has to guess words that fit the rule and then guess the rule.  The person that guesses the rule gets 5 Points and starts the next round.  The host of each round gets 2 Points and then 5 more Points for every week thereafter it takes for the contestants to guess the rule.  Any questions?

NO!  WHAT ARE YOU BLOODY THINKING!  *twitches nose*  Mhmm, seedless acorns.

You can bring "a two syllable word" but you can't bring just any old two syllable word.

Can I bring a horse?

Ah, okay.

It's pretty simple.  Basically, one person thinks up a rule (in this case, me).  Then others try to guess words that will fit within the rule.  I'll say whether or not the words fit within my rule.  As more and more words are confirmed/denied, people can try to guess the rule I thought of.  First person to guess the rule, wins.  Savvy?

Check the bottom of the OP and compare the words that work to try to find the similarities.  (the rule can be based on the word itself or it's meaning)  That should be helpful.
