Kate from State College PA: In a previous statement I believe you had basically said that the action of the series would take place in the lands known to Rand and his friends, i.e., not Shara or Seanchan and yet the new book has a lot of stuff about those lands--have you changed your mind? Is action in either of these two lands a possibility now?

RJ: No. Except for the possible occasional divergence, like for Rand's excursions to Seanchan when he chased after Aviendha. I was willing to put as much as I did into the guide because I will not be using those things in the books in the same way that I used Kandor or Saldaea.

Notice how it depends on what RJ thinks action is. I suppose technically, going there, kneeling to the Crystal Throne, and leaving peacefully could be construed as not being action in the sense of battles etc.

On a related note, everytime I see this thread title my heart jumps despite the fact that I know there is nothing in it.

I know this is a double post, but it's an entirely new / unrelated topic to my previous post.

 

Ok, so IF someone does find a leaked copy, here is what I suggest we do:

1) Download it

2) Notify Tor etc.

3) Post in the 'Chapter Name Game' thread giving all of the titles - but do NOT indicate it as being real at all.

Then it cannot be removed without confirming that it is real!
