I try to be nice to everybody, but have a tendency to lose my cool at work when people don't do what I tell them to. That's because folks get hurt when they don't do what they are supposed to in my line of work (I mean getting hurt in general - not being hurt by me, though that could happen from time to time).

You mean....every time you see someone after not seeing them for 5 minutes you tackelsnugglehugbite them...?
