What about instead of a physical thing (i.e. city or character) what about something that is happening? I can easily imagine RJ saying something like "There is a REBELLION in the blight." Who wouldn't be surprised? Perhaps started by someone on the inside?

They use the crawstep, which is "all in the ankle, ye ken" to move between worlds... who needs Portal Stones!
