    Roommate came back before the snow storm started, so just listening to my fan as she is still asleep. Poor girl ended up driving through sleeting rain and snow last night anyways.

    I listened to the entire Oracular Spectacular cd by MGMT earlier today.  It was really good.  They're a very interesting new wave band that employs a lot of remixed, electric feel.  They were named on several best of 2009 lists including Rolling Stone and BBC.  Overall I give the cd a 7.5/10 for an interesting listen.  There were several highlights including: Weekend Wars, Kids, and Electric Feel.  You should give them a listen if you want to check out something new and different.
