We're unlikely to meet the kids in the series, since at the rate we're going, she'll be 6 months along at the end of AMOL. Since they are to be born healthy and strong, being born 3+ months premature is completely out of the question, given the medical technology (that is to say, next to none) of Randland. They were likely planned for the outriggers.

 

I agree we will likely not see the Wonder Twins by the end of the series. But if she does deliver premature, and the stress of something like being in the middle of TG is enough for me to accept the plot point, what better healing could there possibly be than somebody like Nyn? If I had my choice of modern surgery or Nyn, I'm taking Nyn!
