Yeah I had no interest in the second series, but the first is a must read. A lot of ppl don't realize how great her battle scenes are.

 

I second that! I don't usually like reading battle scenes (I know I know, *hits self* BAD SCI-FI READER), but I actually enjoyed hers. I <3 the Dalriada especially.
