hopefully she'll crash before the commercial... and i'll have time to prepare more sugar before her brother gets here.

 

how do people live with this on a regular basis? can the sugar cycle be maintained indefinitely or is benadryl required?

and the giggling... it's like being stabbed in the ears over and over and over again.

 

don't get me wrong, i love the kids. i just like them better with the sound turned down.

thank god. mommy brought hershey bars and left the boy at home. all will be well.

ah. but they've scared you all away and now i'm alone with the humans. ok. can deal. maybe.

Sweets + tv tend to work. Saying you'll pay them a dollar for every 10 minutes they're quiet works too (it's a game!!! ;P ). Dollars are wondrous to kids that age. Or you can just talk to her :P

i've trained these to underetand the value of a dollar, and now they can't be bought off for anything i can still afford.

 

i cannot talk to an 11 year old for very long.

 

the tv and the food is working perfectly.

try the wardrobe. i used to climb in there with the coats before i ever heard of narnia, but the rodents i found did not speak.

All the wardrobes in our house are plasticy stuff :(

 

I used to hide in my Mum's wardrobe :)

we had a real one, full of old coats. should have led somewhere, but it was a good place to hide anyway.

I hid for an hour inside a play-easel over the summer.

 

Oh Cindy!!!!! Play hide and seek!!! Keeps kids busy for hours. But you need to participate usually :P
