Support group for men forced to watch chick flicks

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi. My name is Eric, and I'm forced to watch chick flicks.

In fact, just this evening I watched 'Confessions of a Shopaholic'. However, I will say that it provided a fascinating insight into the female's psyche in regard to shopping. The best line in the whole film was a man's POV on shopping - "Strike with precision then get out."

Please, gentleman, for those of you suffering, your masculine dignity routinely trampled upon for 90 minutes at a time, and those of you who also suffer from the silent guilt of even liking parts of these movies, you're not alone! Don't be afraid... their is strength in fellowship! So please, introduce yourself, admit to your condition and share with us your stories in a completely supportive, safe and friendly atmosphere. Believe me, you're not the only one who had to watch 'The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants'.

Well it actually isn't that bad so far.

brave man.

and also... you really seem to like almost everything you watch on some level.

i'm still drinking tho.

not on netflix. the blue ray is trying to get me to sign up for vudu. and failing that is forcing me to watch harry potter again.

and i just discovered that when i cut most of the cable i lost TCM.

so sad day in TV history here.

will remedy tomorrow.

will try to find the strength to end the harry potter sooner.

and will drink lots.

Do you think a sign of a good movie is when you really start hating a character?
