They over charged one of the Execs for a stay. I needed to get some money refunded. No music, it was all talking trying to get me to email them.

Now on hold with another hotel. Yay! This one is boring, we just need the receipts emailed to us.

He should have stayed out of the mini bar. :rolleyes: I hate the hold message trying to get you to go online, e-mail for help. Just pick up the dang phone.
