I've noticed sometimes when I get really trembly or shivery the best thing to do is just to force myself to relax....

Umm....I don't know...I'm partly cold... Partly I was nervous...and excited... XD

I could stand to eat something, come to think of it. It's been...um...8 hours since I ate anything. XD

Okay, I got something in my system, and a hard-boiled egg on the way. Could stand to bundle up a bit, but my nervous/excitement thing is gone so I'm doing a bit better. XD

You know....I've had a few low blood sugar episodes since I was 16 or so.... Not many, but a few.... But I never really knew eating food could warm you up...though it makes sense.

But I'm feeling better already, so thank you for the advice. I wouldn't have thought to eat. :smile:

One of my teachers in high school was awesome, she always had a snack drawer. I was feeling really lightheaded and dizzy and shaky, and I was leaning on the wall to get down the hallway...and she took one look at me when I got to her classroom and opened her drawer and gave me a snack. Told me to eat it. I did, and I felt better. :laugh: I loved that woman...

THEY ARE!!! Actually...if it's a muffin...I'm pretty much guaranteed to love it. XD

Used to have a full-length recorded version on YouTube, but it was taken down ages ago. XD
