Wooo, go midwest!!! I was born in California, but I've lived in Iowa pretty much my entire life. All but the first year of it.

On the ship we used to make our water. it was some of the cleanest I ever had. Since I worked in the propulsion plant and we mad deionized water for the plant, we could snag some of that too. It is ridiculously pure. And it tastes like nothing.

Which is weird when you're used to having "flavored" water. XD

yes it is. but it makes good coffee or tea.

The water in my town is fine, but in FL and GA it wasn't very good. The water in GA half the time had the red dirt in it from water main breaks. Clothes were always dingy no matter how much detergent and color safe bleach went in.

That reminds me of my friend....she and her family live out in the country, so they actually get well water. It's got SUCH HIGH iron content, it's crazy. Their bathtub is orange, and you feel like you can chew the water, it's so metallic. They have a hard time with washing clothes without ruining them.

We drink a lot of bottle water here. I think I like wal-marts spring water the best. It's funny how different all the bottled water tastes.

Ooh...Knight's Tale. Great movie!

you can't filter out what they've done to the water. bottled is good. they do all taste different, and they all taste better than what the well gave even before they started drilling here.

Heath was a great actor and will be missed. I also think this movie has one of the best soundtracks.

it's absolutely beautiful the way they used the music in that movie. it shouldn't have worked, but it totally did.

Yes one would never think Low Rider to work with the movie, but it does.

golden years surprised me most i think. wasn't what i was expecting the first time i saw it.

I know, the whole court dancing to David Bowie. :)

it was like he wrote it for the scene. i never liked that song very much before tbh. now it's completely associated with that scene, and i love it.

I was pleasantly shocked the first time I watched it, wasn't sure if I was going to like the movie and I fell in love with it.

i can't get the kids to sit for it... i'll have to trick them. they'll love it, but they've gone muley about it.

How old are they?

girl's 11, boy's 9. they love music, they love dancing, they love to choreograph stuff and put on shows and harmonize endlessly. they will love this movie. they flipping loved mama mia, lord help us.

Ah then yes, they should love this movie! :)

So the cat is staying at least the night. Teddy keeps at her.
