I have a question about time zones and DST; I talked about this with Talya and my ex last year but I can't remember what they said.... You guys do fall back an hour, right? But not on the same day as the US?

 

We fall back an hour; we changed the clocks last weekend :)

Okey dokey, thanks! I still chat with my ex pretty regularly, so I noticed that suddenly I was only 5 hours behind instead of 6, but then we fell back this morning so we're 6 apart again. Phew, all is right with the world. >.>

Yup, DST is over as of 2 AM this morning.

.... i really need to start paying more attention.

I only remembered cos my phone and laptop are cleverer than me and did it themselves...

i didn't notice that almost everything changed on its own. thoguht i just woke up unusually early. and the cats let me sleep till broad daylight.

At least you didn't have anywhere to be this morning. And missing the change when we fall back an hour is much better than missing it when we go into DST and jump ahead an hour. XD

oh, i did. i just didn't go. can't make myself leave the house.

and i usually miss the jump ahead on purpose so as to avoid the early morning heart attack. most common kind.

The only thing you need to do is declare what elements you want for primary. It appears to be Air and Water, but The powers that do the updating like it to be crystal clear.
