i haven't stayed up this late in ages (just kidding, i think there were a couple saturday nights in the last month or two that i stayed up this late but i was at a friend's house and we were talking the whole time), i mean i have to work at 6 AM on Monday so staying up this late isn't gonna help me get to bed any earlier tonight

but i tend to intentionally not sleep when i'm getting depressed so i'm not really surprised, i just have to be proactive and fight the urge

this time of year is really rough on me, i gotta get something figured out

probably just increase the dosage of my antidepressant but i don't really wanna do that myself, yanno? like i'm cool with it but i feel like it'd be smarter to let a professional decide what sort of increase i should make

i just haven't gotten any of my mayo clinic results transferred over to any regular physicians/etc :/
