Took the dog on a walk after work and I had to slow down and cut it short bc my knees and ankles were yelling at me to stop

My dog kept looking back at me like "what's your problem?" Bc i normally walk her at a much faster pace

I think she wondered if i'd been kidnapped and replaced by aliens

I hopes your legs are soon feeling better

Sknaht, I am needing new shoes and I got some leg exercises to hopefully help me so I'm optimistic about the future
