it's mostly just that we're running out of things i can just grab and throw together with the minimum amount of effort

wasn't enough turkey left in the fridge for anything substantial, so i added the little bit left into some mashed potatoes, but there was barely any turkey and i just didn't feel right about eating basically plain mashed potatoes....

well i can't eat the stuffing or the green bean casserole or any of the tortillas and the eggs were too much effort to deal with

so i got some leftover spaghetti sauce (complete with veggies and meat chunks) and threw it into the mix

the spaghetti sauce isn't that tasty on its own so really that's what's bringing the whole meal down

i heated the whole thing up and put some mozzarella cheese on it and some mayo and coarse ground mustard and a lil bit of the jalapeno sauce stuff we have and mixed it up and yeah it's not as bad as it could be

the spaghetti sauce's whacko seasoning is the strongest flavor though, can't shake it, otherwise this'd be great

also we're out of ice cream for me to eat with my gluten-free apple pie

do you ever forget why you hated a certain food so you try it out and then you're like "OH THAT'S WHY"
