Edited by cindy

and you just saved yourself from a threadkiller post.

did a whole decision and no post.

but you saved me.

you are nice.

AH is just talented like that. XD I would've posted but I was in the shower, and grabbing a piece of pizza to eat before my ride gets here...babysitting... XD

Speaking of that, apparently I've picked up that phrase from you by osmosis.

Lol, we don't say half past 15 :) At least, nobody I know does...

But yes. It was the afternoon 3. I was getting rather worried :/

I thought only military peeps did 24-hour time with any regularity. And work schedules.

I remember one time.... It literally looked like Midnight at noon. I was eating apples at lunchtime and just looking out the window, not being able to see a thing except when lightning flashed

I was under the impression that two sets of 12 was a "silly Americans" thing like our system of measurement :P

...and your temperature scale

The only places I see 24h time regularly are the corner of my laptop screen and my phone (and that's only cos I set it like that) :)

I dunno, there are many ways of measuring temperature. Celsius and Fahrenheit are just 2.

Also, yeah, I know bunches of people around the world, thanks to DM. None of them has ever mentioned 24-hour timekeeping. XD (okay, "bunches" really means Israel, South Africa, Belgium, New Zealand, Australia, England, and a couple other European countries)

When we speak we say a quarter past 3 but we write it as 15.15. We don´t use PM/AM.
